The Breezeway Motel & Restaurant, a Topsail Island tradition, is at the southern end of Topsail Island on Topsail Sound, at the corner of Channel and  Davis Streets.  We are also a convenient stopover for vacationers traveling by boat.  Turn in at mile marker 86 and follow Banks Channel to the Breezeway.

From I-40 take exit 398 (Hwy 53) go right at end of exit.  Stay on 53 till you reach Hwy 50.  Go right on 50.  Stay on 50 over bridge and to the stop light on the Island.  

From 17N, Jacksonville, turn left in Holly Ridge at the stoplight.  Follow Hwy. 50 over the swing bridge onto the island, go to the stoplight.

From 17S, Wilmington, turn right on Hwy. 210 toward Topsail Island.  Follow Hwy. 210 to Hwy. 50, turn right.  Follow Hwy. 50 to Topsail Island, cross the bridge and go to the light.

From the stoplight, turn right, go 6.2 miles, turn right on Davis St. Go one block and you've arrived!
