ABOUT OUR RATES:

Please read this page carefully as rates fluctuate throughout the year and additional fees may apply.

Check In: 3:00 pm or later

Cancellation Notice Required:  A $20.00 service charge is applied to all cancellations. Cancellations under a 24 hour notice or no notice will be charged for one night. No exceptions.

We cannot guarantee nor control the weather! Therefore, once checked in, you are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved.

Weekends & Holidays - Minimum stay requirements may be imposed. Holiday rates are equal to Weekend rates.

Our new smoking policy - You will be assigned a NON smoking room unless a smoking room is requested (limited smoking rooms available). 

Occupancy - 4 adults maximum per room (1 child under 12 is ok to add, but no more than 5 people in a room).

Amenities - Pier, Dock and Pool and are free for our motel guests ONLY..... this included wi/fi.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.  We require a $100.00 cash deposit for all walk-ins (guests without a reservation) unless using a credit card.

Each additional person: $7.00 per day.  Children 12 & under stay FREE (limit 2 free)

Amenities: Include Pier, Dock and Pool and are free for our motel guests ONLY.

Pets: Our pet fee is $35.00 per Stay. Most mature, friendly dogs are welcome. No cats allowed.

Basic Room: 2 Double Beds

Efficiency Room: 2 Double Beds or 1 King Bed with Microwave and Refrigerator
